Les comptes \u00e9taient alors d\u00e9ficitaires et il \u00e9tait urgent d&rsquo;y rem\u00e9dier sans que ce soit les enfants et les familles qui en p\u00e2tissent. Une nouvelle organisation s&rsquo;est alors mise en place par le choix d&rsquo;un prestataire qui fournirait les denr\u00e9es. Une di\u00e9t\u00e9ticienne pr\u00e9pare depuis les repas. Les quantit\u00e9s respectent les normes et les conditions sanitaires de pr\u00e9paration sont contr\u00f4l\u00e9es mensuellement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le nombre de repas en 2020 \u00e9tait alors de 190 repas. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble de ces changements, au recrutement d\u2019une cuisini\u00e8re dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e et au nombre de repas produits, la cuisine est devenue financi\u00e8rement \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e tr\u00e8s rapidement et le nombre de repas produits est arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 son maximum \u00e0 540 repas quotidiens en 2025. L&rsquo;\u00e9cole de Cudos nous a rejoint en septembre dernier. Tous les enfants du RPI mangent d\u00e9sormais la m\u00eame chose au m\u00eame prix. Celui-ci n\u2019a pas \u00e9volu\u00e9 depuis 2023 malgr\u00e9 l\u2019augmentation du prix des denr\u00e9es. Les frais li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019obsolescence ou aux pannes du mat\u00e9riel sont assur\u00e9s par la cuisine centrale sans que la commune n\u2019ait \u00e0 les subventionner.<\/p>\n\n\n<ul
